Not every gathering fits neatly into a category. Aroma Events hosts plenty of events that aren't quite a wedding, a corporate retreat, or a milestone birthday — a friend group's annual trip, a going-away dinner, a fundraiser, a family gathering with no particular occasion attached beyond wanting to be together in the valley. If your event doesn't fit one of our other categories, this is the one that does.
How It Works
Because private gatherings don't follow a set format, the planning conversation usually starts with three questions: how many guests, what kind of pace (seated dinner vs. something looser), and which space fits both. From there, the three spaces at Aroma Events — open-air terrace, shaded courtyard, candlelit barrel room — give enough range to fit almost any private occasion, from a dozen people to two hundred.

Recommended Spaces
For a small, intimate gathering, the Barrel Room offers the most contained, candlelit setting. For something mid-sized with more flexibility — cocktail-style or seated — the Garden Courtyard works well. For a larger group or an event that wants to be fully outdoors, the Vineyard Terrace has the most room.
