Corporate Retreats

Offsites and team gatherings that trade conference rooms for open sky and good wine.

A change of setting changes a meeting. Aroma Events works for teams who want their offsite, planning session, or client dinner to feel like an occasion rather than a rebooked conference room — open-air space, natural light, and a valley that gives people a reason to put their phones down between sessions. It works equally well for a working day that ends in a shared dinner, or a dinner that's the whole point.

What It's Good For

Corporate groups here tend to fall into two shapes: a working retreat — planning sessions, team-building, strategy days — that uses the space for focus and unwinds into a group dinner; or a client- or partner-facing event, where the valley itself is part of the pitch.

The Garden Courtyard's shade and flexible layout suits daytime sessions and working lunches, while the Vineyard Terrace opens up for a larger all-hands or an evening dinner. Because both spaces are outdoors or semi-outdoors, groups coming from Tijuana, San Diego, or Ensenada often treat the drive itself as part of the offsite — a deliberate change of scenery rather than a commute.

Recommended Spaces

The Garden Courtyard is well suited to daytime sessions and working meals. For a larger group or an evening dinner component, the Vineyard Terrace has the room. Smaller leadership groups or client dinners often use the Barrel Room instead.

What's the largest group you can host for a corporate event?

Up to 200 guests on the Vineyard Terrace; smaller formats fit the Garden Courtyard (90) or Barrel Room (45).
